myWMS is the warehouse leg of the Mhare Tech suite — receiving, putaway, picking and dispatch, joined to fleet tracking and last-mile delivery on one login. So when a customer asks "where's my pallet?", there's one answer.
myWMS · Overview
Most operations run the warehouse, the trucks and the last mile on three disconnected systems, so nobody has a single answer to "where is it?". myWMS is built to close that gap — one pallet, one identity, from your dock onto your truck to your customer's door.
It's designed for the Southern African reality: offline-first capture that survives load-shedding, chain-of-custody that turns shrinkage into something you can see, and a tiered approach that lets you start on a phone and scale to real-time location only where you need it.
Who it's for
3PLs and distribution centres carrying high-value, regulated or cold-chain stock — operations where load-shedding stalls picking, warehouse shrinkage has become a strategic cost, and proving a cold-chain claim is still a manual exercise.
myWMS is in active development. We're building it the way we build everything at Mhare Tech — alongside the operators who'll run it. We're onboarding a small number of design partners now to pilot it on a single site before it goes wide.
It joins myTrack and myRoutes as the third product in the suite: software we design, build and operate ourselves, shaped by real operational feedback.
What we're building
Each capability the slide pack below walks through — here's what it's designed to do for your warehouse.
Match goods against the ASN as they land, raise a goods-received note on the spot, and let myWMS direct every pallet to the right bin — short and over-deliveries flagged the moment they happen.
Bin-sequenced pick paths cut the walking, packing checks catch errors before the door, and a proof-of-handover signature closes the loop cleanly with myRoutes on the last mile.
An optional Teltonika EYE BLE-mesh layer locates pallets to the aisle and rack — 1–5 metres — and self-heals when WiFi drops. Chain-of-custody from rack to recipient turns shrinkage visible.
EN12830-certified EYE sensors log temperature and humidity continuously — across the warehouse and the truck — with 0.5 °C accuracy. A compliance claim becomes a record, not an argument.
One multi-tenant login across myWMS, myTrack and myRoutes. The pallet you receive is the pallet on the truck is the pallet at the customer's door — one identity, one answer to "where is it?".
Start on barcode to replace the spreadsheets, add fleet and last-mile when you need dock-to-door, and layer RTLS onto only your highest-value or temperature-sensitive aisles. No rip-and-replace.
myWMS is in development and we're choosing a handful of design partners to shape it. If you run a DC and want dock-to-door that doesn't break, let's pick the site together.
