A vehicle routing solver runs against the live South African road network — not straight-line guesses. Upload hundreds of stops across dozens of vehicles and get a plan that minimises total fleet distance, in seconds.
Drag stops between vehicles or reorder a sequence and the distance totals recalculate live. When the plan is right, Lock & Dispatch pushes turn-by-turn routes to every driver in one action.
Tell myRoutes what each vehicle can carry, how long each driver can work, and when each customer expects delivery. Plans that break a rule simply don't get generated — no after-the-fact checking.
Every stop is geocoded and validated before it enters a plan. Unresolvable or partial addresses are flagged at the desk — not when a driver is already standing at the wrong street corner at 08:30.
A stop gets added or dropped mid-morning — re-optimise the affected vehicles in seconds without tearing up the rest of the plan. The day stays tight even when it doesn't go to plan.
Full route history is retained and searchable. Replay any run stop by stop, compare planned against actual distance and timing, and tighten the next plan around what really happened on the road.
